The wraparound single-storey extension is not available under PD rules. However, it does not prevent you from applying for planning permission for a wraparound extension. Approval will depend on an assessment of the impact on neighbour amenity, street scene, highway safety, etc.
Alternatively, you could get close to achieving a wraparound single-storey extension under PD rules by adding a side extension and a rear conservatory that were close, but not touching. This scenario is discussed in our video and the accompanying video transcription.
Check that there are no covenants on your deeds that restrict extension work. Check also that your PD rights are intact. Any restrictions might mean that you have to go down the planning application route.
